Profile

Marc Lenzke has been a crisis consultant since 2014 and Partner at Dunkelblau since 2024. Born in Berlin, he studied German and history in Mainz and business law (LL.M.) in Saarbrücken. In Mainz, he learned confrontational speech in practice at the debating club and successfully participated in tournaments all over Germany.

Marc leads and is responsible for projects and teams and conducts workshops and trainings. He seeks the challenge in confusing situations and the search for pragmatic solutions and strategies. At DUNKELBLAU, he is responsible for the Prevention unit and has gained years of experience in the implementation of long-term interdisciplinary prevention measures in cooperation with Corporate Communications, BCM and Legal & Compliance. He also focuses on ad-hoc crisis intervention, especially with legal implications.

Marc is a member of the board of the Society of Catholic Publicists (GKP), member the German Public Relations Society (DPRG) as well as the German Debating Society (DDG). He is a trainer and speaker on crisis communication at the School for Communication and Management (SCM) and has successfully managed crises for church institutions on several occasions and can draw on extensive experience and deep expertise. Marc Lenzke was selected as one of the PR profession’s 30under30 talents in 2018.
