Profile

Christian Blum is partner at Dunkelblau as well as partner at the Berlin based management consultancy Blum Fischer Rumohr. The graduate political scientist (FU Berlin) is qualified Systemic Coach (artop – Institute of the HU Berlin) and Certified Trainer (Berlin Center for University Teaching). He is a lecturer at the ETH Zurich, the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR Berlin) and the Hamburg Media School.

Christian is interested in the theoretical and practical aspects of leadership – he runs workshops and seminars on the related topics. He moderates conflicts and coaches in small groups or one-to-one. His regular clients include top executives in large companies, politicians, civil servants, generals and admirals, lawyers from small and leading international law firms as well as Master’s students and management trainees.

As a student, he won several titles at the German Debating Championships and was also the founding president of the Association of Debating Clubs at Universities and president of the German Debating Society.
